  • Consider your sodium intake from the day before. It is possible that if you ate out alot the last two days or high sodium foods, your weight will go up due to sodium intake. It may take 2-4 days for it to disipate through the body. Drink water!
  • currently, research states 150 calorie carb snack before & a 150 calorie protein snack after. Now, you know you need to check for yourself. Don't ever just take advise without doing your own research. Also, things change all the time. Do what is best for you. Whatever it takes for you to perform at your very best is right…
  • I want to have a better quality of life at 92 than I did at 32
  • My cheats or "days off" go a couple of ways. It all depends on the calendar, if I have a special occassion like a dinner out, i just cheat the meal but I only eat until i'm satisfied. If is a football tailgate party, its a day off. But I prep a couple days before by eating extra good and working out just a little more.
  • My favorite quote is Everything in Moderation and something more moderate than others. My other motto is you can be leaner, stronger and healthier and eat cake. You just can't eat cake everyday.
  • Just take it slow and judge your need to eat by your hunger levels. If you feel hungry, drink water first to make sure its not dehydration. If your still hungry in 15 mins, eat a healthy meal or snack. Your body will slowly adjust.
  • I agree, time for a new trainer. Maybe its just the attention from someone new or that fact that you have working out in common but still, marriage is more important. I would get a new trainer. I would also talk to my husband and tell him I need more words of affirmation from him. He doesnt need to know about your "crush"…
