WEll I am going back to Gluten free I break out in a rash and hives and have major stomach issues . Comes and goes I can't seem to stay away from it. But I have to or my reactions will just get worse.

Wow sounds like me. I have completely stopped the diet pop which my Dr. said is good . I like it for the carbonation.

Hi there, I'm a working mother of three. 2 girls and 1 boy ages 9,11, and my son is 14. I work full time and also do college online part time. I have never tried running but I'd like to as I've heard it works everything. would love to get some weight off. Thanks
