Just about to finish University studying Nutrition and Food Science (the nutrition side covered mainly biochemistry lol, not like a dietician)....which I think is the American version of college? In England college is where you go when you're 16-18 for A levels, then you go to university aged 18-21. So, umm confused, but…

Added you, been on here for a month and lost 5lbs. Though I'd like to say you're beautiful, so please don't you forget that and of course people want to be your friends. Low self esteem really sucks, but I've find just walking a little more and slowly introducing myself to a healthier lifestyle has began to make me feel…

I was on 1200 for the first month and lost 5lbs ( I was only overweight, so weight loss will be less than that of an obese person). However, the other day I felt faint so I've upped it to 1400 for the next month. I think it's important to respond to how your body feels. If I was having a hungry day I'd go for a walk so I…

call head office. I once had a sales assistant be a complete bleep to me because I'm tall (5"10). I was looing for a shoe I had seen in a catalogue that was for women, and a sales assistant came over and told me "the men's sections over there if you're looking for shoes". I have big feet but they fit ladies shoes ffs. I…

Awesome, i'm on a tight budget, my 11p tesco value kinda shows that haha. I will have a little shop around, I'm a bit gun ho with oil when it's not in a spray thank you :)! x

Thanks for the advice, I'm going to try and add more fruit and veg into my life as of tomorrow :). I can't eat more than I currently do, I generally go over if I'm having a hungry day or just exercise, I'm not leaving myself hungry...honest :). I'm working on the water hating situation, going to a friend's tomorrow, but…

I'm on this , this has a lot of good reviews from fellow soda lovers :)! x

Wow some awesome tips thank you loads. Unfornately even lacto free milk still makes me feel slightly ill, gonna try the almond milk. I may the biscuits a go pretty soon, my calorific vices tend to be savoury like cakes, muffins, chips, biscuits, Greggs pastries, flapjacks,so that would be a good substitute. Over the last 2…

I'm in need to burn some extra calories to make sure dinner doesn't go over my calories :). Will have to do them downstairs to not create a tonne of noise :P!
-
I have porridge oats but I didn't know what to do with it without a tonne of sugar (how my mum makes it). I shall try cinammon and apples tomorrow :)! I'm nearly out of soya milk so I shall give almond milk a whirl, see if it makes my belly go down a bit, if it is a hormonal thing. I do carry most of my weight around my…

these replacements are all very helpful. I've been hooked on fizzy drinks/soda/pop sorrysince I was about 11 swapped from coke and dr pepper since startign this. So it'd be cool to find tastiness elsewhere. I'll be looking out for this too :)!

Awesome thank you, maybe I could bring a bottle of fruit juice and a bottle of water out with me to the library so I get healthier sugars and will be more likely to be less angry at the water. x

Aw thank you, it's just because I have some really sedentary days I'm looking to be able to stay within my calories for those. I will avoid the diet stuff then because I already have a ravenous hunger, it's how I ended up on here in the first place :). x
-
Your diary is flawless compared to mine. I never knew half the things you suggested existed next shop I'm stopping by this thread and writing it on my list :). Thank you, for all your help. The fizzy drinks help get me through my days in the library I'm hoping to find an alternative to water, water is kinda gross. I do…

Thanks for your advice :). Sorry read my above comment I meant I wouldn't go vegan for a faddy diet, you're at it permemantly that's different, it's a lifestyle change which is good for you. I just love chicken too much to give it up, so it wouldn't really work. What should I swap my fizzy drinks for, I like the flavour…

Thanks for all your advice I didn't mean vegans and vegetarian's are faddy, I just meant I wouldn't keep to it so it'd be a faddy diet. Sorry if that seemed offensive, just meant I need a plan I'd to stick to. I'm going to work on those processed foods slowly, because I've cut out takeaways for the mean while, while I'm…

Lord of the rings I woke up on the floor, no clue how I got there haha! Glad I'm not the only one. x

I know right, that's why I avoid it like the plague :P

An activity is usually mine like playing pool or going to see something new like I visited caves before that was exciting :). Movie is not a good first date for me as I only can stay awake during action/movie films. I have fallen asleep in cinemas before (luckily only with friends)...it's embarrassing :P!

you can make friends and your family will always love you, they can console and advice you with relationships. No need to be lonely. I'm single but never lonely
-
I like being single :)! I also like being in a relationship. It's not the be all and end all being in a relationship. To be able to function in a healthy relationship, you must first be comfortable alone. NO ONE can validate your existence, family and friends can embellish it, but at the end of the day YOU are awesome. I…

If I eat a large pizza with a side late at night (usually after three meals at like 12am) and wake up late it will cancel out. I clearly thought I do workouts in my sleep :P! x

21, midlands, been on here two weeks-ish. Add me up anyone :)!

There's a HMS group on here :), they're pretty helpful. I've got hypermobility everywhere bar my left elbow and managed to get pilates on prescription, which is nice and light strengthening exercises. Whatever you do, do not try yoga if you have weak flexible wrist, it's hilarious but painful. Your doctor although, he/she…

Same with the fatty foods, but with me it was only on consecutive days of fatty foods that it would swell. Top advice though: make sure if your symptoms worsen you go straight to the doctor. I had gastritus for weeks without treatment (I was really busy) , and some how I ended up with a swollen intestine 10kg of weight…

sorry it posted the same thing twice dunno how to delete

I suffer from excess acid problems as a result of medication I used to be on and am on and off Lanaprozole, when it's bad I get gastritis but it's not chronic. I avoid salty food i.e Macdonald's chips, crisps and dairy makes it a lot worse so I've switched to mainly soya products with a few dairy bits. Look up an peptic…

Sorry, out of curiosity how tall are you? 50kg sounds low to be as a goal weight, but I'm 5"10 haha! xx
