We just did one a few weeks ago for charity, it was at 12pm. We all met at a buddies house at 8am for Kegs N Eggs, so 11am is not too early!

The NBA sucks! They are all self centered *kitten*. College basketball is much more fun to watch and is more of a team sport. Half the time NBA players are walking the court, I hate seeing millions of dollars wasted on someone giving 50%

I agree its more practical, I just REALLY like pickles.

Increase your potassium and magnesium intake. Also during longer rides you need to replenish your sodium lost. I found pickles and pickle juice work well for me during races this past season. I had a lot of issues last season with cramping.

Last year I really started heavy lifting doing Squats, lunges and other accessories like box jumps and saw a HUGE improvement in my skiing last season.
