Yes. Everyday. It helps me allocate my calories and lets me know how many I have to treat myself with if any. It also lets me know that exercise is optional or not that day. I can always edit if necessary.

That's great! Never having my favorite foods isn't going to work for me. I just manage my intake and balance it out with exercise. Your weight loss is awesome!

I hate exercising so I try not to eat my exercise calories back and usually I don't. Sometimes I plan the exercise to create a calorie bank for a social event. Other times its because I don't exercise enough self control. If I could do that all the time, I wouldn't be fat in the first place.

Congratulations on your weight loss. You mention not eating healthy. Try finding one unhealthy food choice and eliminating it for a while and see how you do. Good Luck.:smile:
