I KNOW its going to be lower , I have been doing pretty most of the time .... when I was told I was diabetic my a1c was 6.5 , so as you know from my numbers I'm on NO meds so far and IF I can help I will never be put on meds ... im in , I have my daughters wedding in DEC. I was on Weighters for 3 months but then I was told by my doc that I am diabetic. I got on here to monitor my carbs and cal. I will beat this Diabetic thing and will not take meds.. Im ready ~~~:flowerforyou:
