My son used to workout with me ...I also used to put on dance music and he used to dance when not mimicking me. He's 4yo now and cheers me on and try to work out with me.

Take a look at body beast ...their program is based on strength training. P90x is another but it's a mix of cardio and strength.
-
Stick to the schedule ...try to modify if the moves are too challenging and keep at it . Tmrw you may do only 22 mins but it still counts. Ensure your form is correct as you can easily injure yourself. Also take measurements ...I lost inches before the lbs came off. The first time I did insanity I did realise I was not…

I gained 5 lbs when I started insanity ...it was just water retention to help repair my muscles. As long as you're weighing your food, keep at it. Your body will adjust and the weight will go down. Also hormone fluctuations can lead to temp weight gain especially during your period.

I almost always lost or maintained my weight on vacation due to the amount of walking I did. We were constantly active. I did eat smartly but I also indulged in desserts. We usually eat one large meal which is usually lunch. My bfast rarely change from what I usually eat - oatmeal or eggs and a cup of coffee. Enjoy your…

You don't need to lose ...lift weights, monitor sodium intake and drink tons of water. Confidence is sexy ...be confident and strut your stuff. You look great!

There will always be events and situations that are out of your control. I either eat smartly and then accommodate for the extra cals for the party or just wing it and make up for it rest of the week or by exercising a bit more. Life happens

Yes ...that's how it tastes. I actually like the tartness of the yogurt. My bf prefers Danon greek fit at 80 cals. The tartness isn't there

Greek yogurt or oatmeal with chia seeds stirred in. Protein with legumes / pulses or cruciferous veggies Sweet potato topped with black beans
-
It's in my circulation along with insanity for cardio. I love the strength moves & sets in these vids ...simple and effective and sagi comments are funny.

I've done insanity, insanity max 30, p90x, p90x3 and body beast programs. I prefer to mix them up. Take measurements are a must. You lose weight from a calorie deficit. As someone once said, you can out eat any exercise regimen!

http://allrecipes.com/recipe/85452/homemade-black-bean-veggie-burgers/ This recipe had some great reviews. I made something similar but added more spice to my personal taste. You can also mix in quinoa
-
Oatmeal, cinnamon or nutmeg, 20 g raisins or craisins, chia seeds, water and a splash of almond milk
-
This is what I do as well. It seems to pass the yummy test with my 4yo! I freeze some in batches as well
-
Depends on the recipe ...there's oatmeal cookies made with mashed ripe bananas or applesauce. Never tasted it to compare with 'regular' oatmeal cookies

I started off with Jillian Michaels then moved on to beach body workouts such as insanity, p90x3, body beast and T25. I also like zuzka light (Zuzana who used to be on bodyrocktv); fitnessblender

I always have water close by in a tumbler ..I usually steep a fruit tea, add lemon wedges or cucumber and mint to make in interesting My colleague actually has an app that reminds her every hour to drink.
-
overnight oatmeal, cottage cheese with fruit or salsa, scrambled eggs in a wrap, PB sandwich, crustless quiche / egg casserole ..they reheat nicely, leftovers from dinner, smoothie, protein bar

My bf is vegetarian but I like my seafood too much to switch. Most days I do eat vegetarian though. Just to add, regardless of your eating habits ..as long as you're in calorie deficit then you will lose.

Body recomp is what you need ..start lifting

Best time to exercise is the time of day most convenient to you so it becomes a routine. For me it's 9 am when my body feels fully awake. Since that's not feasible, I do it right after work. My work outs are approx 45 mins - 90 mins long and I already up at 4.30am ...no way I am getting up any earlier
-
I haven't omitted anything really ..I just reduced my portion size. This is a lifestyle change for me so I want to be able to sustain it.
-
Don't let the scale rule you, it's not the only measuring tool. Get a tape and use it. You're gaining water to repair the muscles ..work through it and eventually the weight will even itself out. I am assuming here that you are logging your food accurately.
-
I dont burn anywhere near 1000 cals but I enjoy the workouts I would prefer if they did the strength component first though

If I eat Chinese food, I can gain up to 3lbs due to all that sodium bloat, that time of the month I gain up to 5 lbs. Weight loss is not linear. How much are you exceeding your daily intake with those cheat meals?
-
Are you weighing your food? Intense workout programs like Insanity can actually cause your body to retain water in order to repair itself. Give it some more time. I'd also recommend you take measurements as you may be losing inches.
-
I'm repeating month 2 with month 2 of beast workout.
-
Another vote for cheese yet the amount of veggies and watermelon I can eat. Lol

If you're getting pain then stop. My doctor told me always listen to your body. After my c section I started off with light walking and minimal weights thereafter until my body healed.
