  • Eat some vegan food ...there are quite a few tasty options. Get your protein on the outside but choose wisely.
  • Worked out upper body on Monday ...my upper body strength needs so much improvement that I will be sore for 2 days I'm sure. Eating is on track. Meal prep helps a lot. I pack my snacks as well.

  • Similar to you we have different schedules. Breakfast and lunch during the week we don't do as a family but we have dinner together most week nights. We also have late lunches on Saturday and bfast together on Sunday. I usually have a greek yogurt or fruit as a snack if I am hungry. It's all about compromise

  • Love their workout programs - insanity, insanity max, p90x, p90x3, beast, hard corps 22. I don't use their meal plans or shakeology. Fitnessblender is a great alternate option as well.

  • Depends ..if I eat chinese or something with similar sodium content ....I can gain up to 8lbs.

  • I accidentally did week 1 program again ..today was a long day. Sigh.
  • Fitness channels or my elliptical is my backup plan if my workout dvds don't workout. I have dumbbell, resistance bands, skipping rope and old school elliptical as well
  • I am in maintenance mode so not expecting a weight loss. What I should have done was take into account my measurements. I'm aiming for a leaner look not necessarily to lose aNY huge amt of weight. I can definitely see myself using these vids in future workouts.
