    Felt like working ++ hard today! Stress relief from talking to the student loan agency today. Medical school is expensive, quel surprise!

    Exercises done today:
    P90X chest and back
    Regular squats, 45
    Plank, 90 min
    Elliptical, 25 min

    This group is dead after just a week? I'll post anyway.

    Mountain bike ride this morning. I'm way ahead on calories so I guess it's time for the 4th meal of the day.

    Stretching is just a made up thing to sell yoga videos. It's like greeting cards for Arbor Day. You should never stretch on purpose.

    Worked out upper body on Monday ...my upper body strength needs so much improvement that I will be sore for 2 days I'm sure.

    Eating is on track. Meal prep helps a lot. I pack my snacks as well.
