I have a family thing today and will enjoy my first cheat meal in 3 weeks! Pizza and beer:)

I tried to balance it out with Insanity Max 30 Sweat Intervals, 10 minute Ab Attack, and a pushup finisher. Have a great day!

    Fridays are always my rest day. Sundays ...I set the pace for the week. Resistance training later with some core work.

    Today I made some cauliflower tots (skinnytaste.com) and it was delicious with added spices ...my 4yo devoured it along with some baked salmon. I also made a batch of lentil stew and froze portions for during the week.

    well, that was a bust. :s   I suited up and went to the park...AND THERE WAS NO PLACE TO PARK! this is why I like winter. me and the pup practically had the place to our selves. so I went to the gym (almost empty) and banged out 9.32 miles in 65 minutes on the elliptical.
