Day 1 - p90x chest and back and ab ripper x. Ab ripper is pure torture but so effective. I also completed my 7k step goal. I plan to do a hybrid of p90x and insanity. May swap yogaX for p90x3 yoga or pilates since it's shorter.

I do bean stews, soups, meatballs,patties ( salmon, kale & quinoa, tuna, ground turkey or chicken), lasagne rolls, stuffed shells, crustless quiches, casseroles. I freeze in portions and thaw what I need.

Hi ..p90x is a fantastic program though the workouts can be long. I don't think I have ever done the entire yogaX. Have you started yet? From what I recall reading, log your food on MFP and all your workouts on fitbit.

My recommendation is to lift heavy as well. You can start with stronglifts 5x5 program or something similar.

Before I started insanity, I did 30 day shred with Jillian Michaels. There is also fitness blender as well

I log all exercise activity (even non step related workouts) on fitbit app and sync to MFP. I log only food on mfp app

Minimal will be dumb bells with varying weights some of which should be heavy, resistance bands and exercise ball. Also pull up bar, barbell and bench. The exercise ball subs for bench. Resistance bands subs as pull up bar. You can use dumb bells instead of barbell.

I had smoked salmon on romaine lettuce leaves for bfast this morning. I usually use lettuce or steamed cabbage leaves as wraps. There are low carb wraps and breads too. I also use tomatoes and core cucumbers and put my stuffing in there ..either a fish or ground chicken or turkey. Options are endless.

Under Apps & Devices menu on mfp app, you can add your fitbit. It works well for me as it syncs all my activity. They usually advise you log exercise on fitbit and food on mfp. Fitness dvds are what I used and I started off with Jillian Michaels and T25. I moved on to insanity and p90x thereafter. You need a mat and some light weights and you can always modify. Their vids are 25 - 30 mins. Now to lose weight you need to focus on a calorie deficit but exercise is always benefical to incorporate.…

Most places even a fast food restaurants have healthier option. Research the eating options available. I always buy fruit and walk with protein bars when traveling just in case as well. How are you tracking your calorie intake? Are you using a food scale? Also any switch in exercise regimen or intensity can lead to water retention to repair muscles. Hormonal imbalance, totm, sodium bloat can also lead to weight gain
