Yep, this morning I had 2 eggs with cottage cheese whisked in and some hot sauce. So filling. I'm thinking of adding cottage cheese to my crustless quiche next time

I lost weight in Vegas ...all that walking. We usually just eat two meals per day so it balances out eventually
-
Well I had an emergency c-sec so had to wait till the doc cleared me but I did do very light walking. When he did clear me, I started with Jillian Michaels 30 day shred ..low impact at first and used light weights. I worked out when my son napped and those workouts were only 30 mins. I couldn't really eat at a deficit as I…

I work out at home. My workouts are both lifting and cardio depending on the day and it averages from 30 - 60 mins 5 times weekly

Are you sure you are logging accurately? Are you measuring your food using a scale? If you have just started working out, you may see a weight increase due to water retention. Keep at it and you will lose
-
I doubt it is the diet coke. Are you counting cals deficit accurately? Using a food scale to measure food?
-
I'd start with walking and ensure you are wearing proper shoes
-
Increasing muscle mass doesn't work that way.

When I reached my goal weight I was still disappointed. I realize the brain takes a while to 'catch up' to my new body. I eventually started to lift weights for a leaner look and quite happy with the progress. I lift 4 times a week and do cardio or HIIT 2 to 3 times a week.

Aside from the fact that 103lbs is low, you're probably not counting cals as accurately. Are you using a food scale. I am 5'4 and maintain at 112 to 115 easily at 1800 cals.

Chicken, fish, cottage cheese, eggs, protein powder, lentils. There are quite a few options that you can incorporate in each meal.

I am doing a hybrid of body beast and insanity max 30. Personally I don't like body beast cardio workouts so I swap it with an insanity workout. Sometimes I do a HIIT workout from fitnessblender too. I am aiming for a lean look and I'm on my way :)
-
I use TDEE method so I don't eat back exercise cals. This has worked for me and I have been in maintenance for almost a year.
-
I do light cardio and active stretching before lifting probably for about 10 - 15 mins to warm up those muscles a bit. However, sometimes I do HIIT or cardio intervals after my strength workout. Usually about 20 mins if I have the energy I also do cardio on non lifting days and have one rest day.
-
Why would you ingest something that you're convinced is making you sick? That makes little sense to me. Can you not confirm it's an allergy unless it's worth the nausea to you?
-
Insanity max pulse workout. Recovery day today so taking it light
-
Is it that you are not getting enough protein from foods? What did you hear about whey?
-
Stop eating eggs. Determine if you actually have an allergy.
-
Pepper jack cheese and Irish cheddar cheese is what I will be using to make my sandwich
-
No. I used the traditional calories in calories out method and it works. I detox by drinking water.
-
Burpees, jump rope, squat jumps or any sort of jumps, switch kicks, plyo push ups, running / jumping lunges

It's a beach body program that is 90 days long. It incorporates mix of cardio, yoga and strength training.
-
Hang out with a different crowd. Beauty is so subjective and everyone has different preferences.
-
I choose random HIIT workouts from fitnessblender.com

I didn't know nicknames were a sign of honour ..anyways talk to her about it and let her know you don't appreciate her comments . If that doesn't work, move on.

I'm wondering if that stick can hold the weight of that slice. Lol
