  • After a hard work out I take a hot bath with epson salt. you can buy it at walmart and other stores similar. It relaxes your muscles and helps them recover quickly. Protein shakes are also good but make sure they are recovery shakes and not meal replacement. they dont have the same benifits in both.

  • i started it tonight too :) - I logged it as cardio and did the math (i hate math) - But put in my 5 min. brisk walk (3.5 on tread for 5 min) then logged my 6 Min run at 5mph on treadmill and then logged the 9 Minutes at 3 mph walking on treadmill. hope this helps.
