  • YES! you are exactly the type of person I want to be friends with! I like aerobic exercise and walking but NOT jogging or going to the gym! Thank you for saying it's easy, it seems like such a daunting task and that definitely helps my motivation!
  • my roomie and i have stuck with it for 4 days but man motivation is getting tough! we tried a little something new today and put ludacris pandora on instead of listening to jillian which really helped!

  • Well I made it through day 2! but wow Jillian "kicked my *kitten*.. literally." I didnt have any weights either so i went out and bought 3lb weights today.. wow it was so much harder but it feels great to push myself! Good luck to all!

  • My roomie/fitness pal partner and I just finished the first workout! I love how each circut is so short! The first circut was killer but after the first one time started to fly by. Can't wait to start seeing the results! CW: 145 GW by LD: 135

  • I have been doing some OLD youtube videos named "8 minute arms", "8 minute abs" and "8 minute buns" and they work for me! do each video twice and you'll see better results
