I started smoking when I was 13 and quit when I was 23, I was smoking 25 cigs a day and I haven't had one in 3 1/2 years, since the day I read Allen Carr's Easyway to stop smoking, totally recommend it!

I like numer three and there are make ups made for covering tattoos that work very successfully! I covered a tattoo with make up for my wedding (like stage make up) and it wasn't noticeable at all!

I'm currently at 70kg (154lbs) and my goal weight is 68kg (150lbs) because that was the weight I was when I was happiest with my size and could wear whatever I wanted and felt comfortable!
