  • I started yesterday with no alcohol. My plan is to give it up until my skyrocketing weight is under control, i'm guessing a month. Reading everyone's responses has been a much needed inspiration, thanks y'all 😁
  • Fitting into old clothes! I only weigh myself once a month, but I could tell I'd lost some weight because my clothes felt loose. I found a pair of jeans in the next size down and to my elated surprise, they fit! I have clothes in sizes 3-22, so I am motivated to keep trying things on and seeing what fits!
  • I'm the same way, I rarely say anything on the forums but I get a lot of motivation from reading many of them. Now yours is one of them! Keep up the good work!
