  • Friday Fitness: I think one more week at my current exercise rate, and I can begin increasing at regular intervals. Saturday success: I posted a weight loss this week even though my dinner choice was dismal last night. I was on calorie, but it was totally unnecessary food!
  • Thursday truth: I usually get up in the middle of the night and snack. Last night I actually stopped myself before any food hit my lips!
