  • Just FYI for anyone who doesn't already know... There is a BMR calculator on this site under the "Tools" tab.
  • I just want to point out that 1 pound of muscle is more dense than 1 pound of fat. Therefore, if you are building muscle mass and reducing the fat, you might not see a change on the scale.
