Hi there! I'm on level 4 of RI-30. I just wanted to post to let you all know that level 3 is a real killer, and you may feel discouraged, but hang in there, level 4 isn't nearly as bad. Strange but true. Rip away!!

Hi there! I am a real late joiner, but am doing Ripped in 30 and am finishing up level 3 this week. Level two was tough with a lot of plank moves, but man, level 3 is tough with a TON of glut/hammy moves that don't quit. I feel it every step I take during the day. This hopefully will be a good thing :)
