This has a been a huge question I've had that I haven't been able to get an answer to. My calories goal is 1200 and I'm beginning to wonder if that is too little. I'd love to! I've been doing level one a couple nights a week to burn a couple more calories but wanted to go through the whole 30 program when we were done.

Day 10 L1 complete! Moving to Level 2 tomorrow and I think I'm ready for it! Even tho my muscles are sore, I barely sweat with Level 1 this morning.

Day 9 complete for me! One more day then on to level 2. Excited and scared at the same time!

I do! It def motivates me to workout and work harder when I watch it. Its a good show! I actually haven't seen any episodes that she's not in. I watch it on Netflix

Done! The first cardio circuit is horrible! I feel like the moves I enjoy doing go by so quickly and the ones I hate drag on forever!!

Day 2- Done!! I'm definitely sore tho! I've been wondering the same thing about rest days. I'll see how I press through the rest of the week and maybe rest Saturday.

I got mine in during my kiddos morning nap! I alternated between 5 and 3lb weights whenever my arms were giving out on me! Its a tough workout, but I keep telling myself its only 20 mins!

Push-ups are the WORST! I'll be happy when I can make it through a 30 sec set without taking breaks! I love that its only 20 mind but you feel like it was a killer workout!

I used 5lb weights and my arms nearly gave out toward the end of the workout! I think I'll def end up holding one w two hands until I can build more strength.

I'm so excited to see this group! I did my first workout this morning before I saw this. I just had a baby 10 wks ago and am excited to get my body back!
