  • That is FANTASTIC!!! Great job!! A very good reminder to all of us, that it doesn't happen overnight. Long term goals, hard work and dedication equal results. Thanks for sharing!
  • Hi all! I'm a 36 year old married mom of 4; 14 and 12 year old daughters, and 7 year old twin boys. I stay home, but will hopefully be starting to volunteer at the local animal shelter. I would like to lose between 55 and 65 pounds. Anyone is welcome to add me as a friend. I could use the support!!
  • Good morning! MFP and I have had an on-again, off-again type relationship. This time HAS to be different, I NEED to commit! When I first started here, and going to the gym, I had lost 30#. "Took a break" around Christmas, and have gained back 25#. I'll send you an FR, maybe we can help keep one another on track!

  • I am in! I need the motivation!
  • A guy I had broken things off with was trying to get me back, after I moved on. We were talking on the phone and he says "It's about time you drop that zero, and get with a hero." Really? Did he think that was going to result in more than my hysterical laughter??
  • I tend to yo-yo as well. I stay home and have 4 kids on summer break right now. (14, 11, and 6 yr old twins) Just coming back to MFP again. I really need to stay motivated this time. Feel free to add me as well, any of you. Let's do this together!
  • Heya! I'm trying to get off that roller coaster too. I lost 30, gained back 20. I joined MFP a while ago, but hadn't been using it. I need to get serious and get this off! I need some friendly support as well. Add me if you'd like, maybe we can encourage one another!
  • You seem to be eating a lot of "snack/junk" foods, imo. There was one day your snack calories added up to around 1300. Try eating less snacks, and the ones you do eat, try to make them a protein based snack. Cut out the cake, and dessert bars after dinner. Like others have said, be sure what you are logging is accurate. If…
  • Thank you! I normally plan out everything before I eat out, but it was a spur of the moment lunch when I stopped by his office.
  • Anybody?
  • When I was decorating cakes, my most popular seller was a french vanilla cake with a lemon mousse filling, and buttercream frosting. The mousse is made with a pint of whipping cream and a box of instant lemon pudding mix. Easy and when paired with the french vanilla cake not overly lemon-y, just a subtle lemon flavor.
  • You can "eat all the time" and still eat too few calories, or the right kinds of calories, to put on good amounts of mass. When my husband is "cutting" he still eats all the time, he just isn't eating as many calories. (compare 2500 to 4000/5000...not exact numbers, but yea...) Adam and Ian, while the tats and eyes are…
  • Anytime we get a package shipped to us, I "rock, paper, scissors" my kids for the biggest piece of bubble wrap!
  • We sit at the dinner table together every night.
  • Is the Cookies and Cream flavor good on it's own? I want to try their different flavors, but am afraid of it not being very good and stuck with a tub of protein I will never use.
  • 4 eggs - 1 whole, 3 whites, with steak seasoning and A1 (it reminds me of steak and eggs without the steak! LOL). Also, a whole wheat english muffin with 1Tbsp natural PB, and a cup of coffee. 403 cals
  • At this second, I am chewing on some cauliflower...but I am also having tuna and rice cooked with olive oil, celery, and carrots.
  • Yep! His booty gets grabbed/pinched almost as much as mine! :)
  • Hahaha! This is us too! :)
  • My ultimate goal is to lose around 10% more body fat. I have already lost 5% and working hard towards the rest through mountain biking and weight training. I don't have an end date. I will continue to work towards my goal until I feel I am ready to maintain. I am not on a diet, I am living a better lifestyle!
