If you're sauteeing the pasta with other things you could weigh the finished product and do the math from there.

I just put two pots of water on at the same time. A bigger one for the family and a small one for my portion. I drop the pasta in at the same time.

There's a woman I know of who has lost a tremendous amount of weight. It took her something like four years. Periodically someone steals her photos and attaches them to a "See how she did this in just six months!" story. It's infuriating. Ignore the stories, you're doing fine!

That's interesting. The yogurt I get tends to be low or non fat.

Anything can "blow a diet" if it takes you over your calories. Why would this be harder to measure than ice cream?

I'd start from whatever you weighed after birth. I agree with you about the cheating. :smile: I've even seen women use a pregnant photo as their "before" which just seems odd to me.

That's interesting! I take the bupropion already and it doesn't do anything for me weight-wise, so this is probably not ideal for me. It's great that it's working for you, though.

This might be it. I am looking at a similar breakdown but it lists the banana at 105. Fiber is 3g. So if you subtract three grams of carbs from 117, you get 105.

Does every single listing for bananas give that breakdown or is that just one you found?

That's why I like to weigh before when I can. It accounts for everything in that meat and if some of it cooks off, bonus for me.

None of this has anything to do with anything. OP, just make sure you stay within your calorie goal and be patient. It might be slow, but you're getting there. If you want to bump up your exercise, it can't hurt.

I'm curious as to your settings? What MFP tells me to eat with my adjustment and my TDEE-500 via Fitbit is extremely close, within 5 calories.

It sounds silly to call it cold? I didn't "*kitten*," I didn't say I wouldn't run in it, in fact I said the opposite. So to be clear, you think it's silly for me to say it's cold outside when it's cold?
