You will only gain weight if you go over your calorie intake for the day. Just make sure that any supplements you are taking you add into your intake totals. There are no free calories, they all add up.

Depends on what I'm doing. Lifting-Metal Running-Techno, Rap But I always start out my gym routine with Lets get it started - Black Eyed Peas. Just my thing.

+1 This is what I use as well. I have used GNC stuff and its not bad. But I keep going back to Gold Standard every time.
