I think I busted my knee yesterday :( i had to modify jumping jacks to other cardio. I dont think itnwas as effective. I wasnt able to do the sidelunge either. :frown: im resting tomorrow so i can do my 10th day with a bang. What does everyone think? Will a knee support Brace help? I really want to pull through. :sad:

I almost didnt do my day 8 today cause my power nap extended to a 4 hour sleep. :(. I posted on my status so i would be accountable to whoever can see.... and i did it!! Completed day 7 today and i believe it was easier to get through than the previous ones. My right foot hurt so much though i had to rest and re-did my shoe. And it still hurt. :( as soon as i removed it, i was fine. I'll try stretching beforethe warm-up. With extra attention to my ankles and calves.

I was so sore yesterday! It hurt to breathe! Today was my 4 th day and the soreness is gone save for my legs. My primal grunts and gutteral sounds get me through. I am just happy that i started and that i am getting stronger by the day. How's it been for everyone else? Keep us posted!
