  • LOL I'm 5' 6" about... and my goal is 150-160 of course I have a LOT to lose and am only 63 years young :) anyways when I get there I MAY decide less is more When I was ayoung person my dr insisted I get down' to 120 I made it to 125 but couldn't shake those last 5 pounds.. It made me feel like a failure in the weight…
  • Congratulations!! I'm hoping to wake up one morning like that too... It has been a LOOOONG time since I've been under 300 I'm hoping to make it by Christmas!
  • Wednesday wishes... teh wieght could be gone yesterday... not very realistic though  my house were all clean and together... need to get healthier so I can do more.. my declining years will not be so declining... maybe be healthier at 80 than I am NOW
  • Also - muscle weighs more than fat so... if you have been working out hard you may have actually lost fat but built muscle. Taking measurements will help you know whats going on... The fat actually takes up more room than nice lean muscle. :)
  • Thanks! that's a good idea:smile: I'll do that.
  • You are right - when I lost the 60 pounds that I've kept off so far (lost it 5 years ago) I was ready then.. but seems like I've not been motivated enough to really do it Now that I'm beginning to really have problems made worse by being MORBID. Gosh I hate that term... anyway I AM ready NOW
  • Thanks _ i know it can be done! and hearing from you folks that have had success is a real encouragement!
  • HI I am new to this site. Hopefully I will find friends and encouragement here. I have about 160 to lose. I will be 63 this month and feel like I'm running out of time. I want so badly to make this a success. I've been on many weight loss regimines over the years and about 60 pounds less than my highest weight about 5…
