My workout changes each day so I neither get bored nor to I get hard on myself. I am recovering from a fractured shoulder so I am not into the "I do it because I must" at this point. I'm still in the "I'm doing this to get better for my family." phase.

Is it possible? Yes. Is it healthy for you? Be wise and talk to a doctor. You may hurt your body by going that low. I say that because I've seen a friend and a family member both cause permanent damage by forcing their body to go below where it was made to. Be careful. Health isn't a number.
