I jogged 2 miles this morning for the team 100. As of this morning (Thursday) at 7:20 EST, we are at 61.3 miles! Keep up the great work :o)

I'm working on this one LOL What part of it are you having trouble with, so I know what to avoid with the modification.

Yes, recipes get posted here.

As of right now, we have 35.3 miles towards the 100 miles already! Keep it up. I'll be bringing in another 3 miles tomorrow for the team, providing my quads can function. I don't know about you guys, but my legs, between running and Insanity and those flipping squat kicks yesterday are spent. Keep up the great work you…

I'm think for the recaps, just go ahead and let me know if you did the daily challenge, and how many extra miles you did for the day for the 100 miles for the team. I do care about the calories and water intake as some people have their diaries set as private. So unless I'm told about the water intake, I do not know how…

I completely understand about the heat w/ the little ones  Whatever you can get in for the team, it greatly appreciated.

I just confirmed with Gary that the mileage can be from walking, jogging, running, biking, or swimming. We can get this done

It is quite possible we are down to 17. I think we've lost 3 people so far :noway: which kinda stinks. But, since we are scoring by percentages now, it's okay. If we share evenly, it's around 5.5 miles per person. Which is less than a mile extra a day if you're doing it 6 days a week. We can figure it out in the new forum,…

I've started a new forum for week 2. It can be found here: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/311222-team-red-hot-arsenal-week-2-closed-group

I love my HRM and can't imagine workout out without one. I have a Polar FT4. If you get one, make sure it has the chest strap and watch for better accuracy. I purchased mine off of Amazon for about $60.

This is the week two team challenge. These challenges should be done in addition to your normal workout routine. This is a challenge and is not a replacement! If you need a beginner workout please contact your team captain for ideas. Week Two Daily Exercise Challenge Daily Exercise = 1 point per member per day. If everyone…

If you haven't been posting daily recaps in the forum, please post a weekly recap of your daily challenges for me and please message me today's weight ASAP. I will be posting next weeks challenges soon. You guys are doing a great job. Keep it up!!

hcam8 - I just sent you a message on this. I hope it help. Let me know if you have any questions.

If you can workout first thing in the am, it is more beneficial because you body will burn the stored fat rather than the fat and calories you've had for the day. Also, as for Insanity, I'm in my second round of it. I've found that I have gradually increased in my upper body strength. I've always been a weakling in my…

Ohio here as well :o) Feel free to add me. This is a great site with many great members. Good luck!

As long as you are still under your calories for the day, including eating your exercise calories back, then yes, you are under :o)

Thank you! Not wanting to preach, but that is correct. Also, you stated on your profile that you've had ana tendencies. Perhaps your goal weight and these tendencies should be discussed with your doctor. Good luck.

I joined MFP last November and it has been one of the smarter decisions I've ever made. You can't think of what you are about to begin as a diet, but a lifestyle change. Feel free to add me for support! This is a great site and it has all of the tools you need to accomplish your goals. You just need to put forth the…

Keep up the great work and feel free to add me.

I forgot to mention, Gary want us to do before and after pics. It isn't too late to get your before one done. Please let me know if you want to do it either way. I already have a few of yours, so thanks for sending those already. I'm not a big fan of the camera, but it is was a huge reality check for me when I saw the pics…

Update on scoring - There will be a modification later today regarding some important changes in the team scoring. After much thought and consideration it's been decided to move towards a percentage based challenge. These changes are to accommodate those teams who have lost team members. The % will make this fair across…

If you have bad knees here is an alternative for the ups and downs exercise. 100 Toe Touches. Stand up straight arms straight above your head. Take your right hand down and touch your left foot. Alternate the left hand to right foot. Stand up Straight that = 1. Do 100 of those and you are set for today! PUSH YOURSELF TO DO…

WTG everyone! Thanks for the posts and keep up the great work :o)

Would you all be able to post a daily "recap" of your day at the end of every day for me on this forum? It would help me out a TON! I've found this is going to be the easiest way for me to track all daily cals, challenges, water, etc. Currently I'm moving between everyone's profiles, forum and my page to see where it's all…

I personally do not think you are eating enough. I went through the same thing and began loosing when I increased my calorie intake. It is quite possible that your body is storing everything you are putting into it because it is "afraid" it will not get more calories to replace the ones it needs (or you want) it to burn.

BTW, I track using an HRM
