I had a Hysterectomy in Oct 2012 and bowels have not been right. Dr. told me to eat Chia seeds for regularity. He only wants me to take them for 3 months, any clue why that would be the case? I am checking back in w/ him in Oct. just curious. Thanks for any insight!
