  • Mishy, Thanks. I lift twice a week and do aerobic another 2 to 4 days a week. I like the changes I see from lifting. I want to see more pounds off. I had a good weekend. I didn't binge, had two bike rides (24 & 27 miles) and a 2.5 mile walk (I'm not a runner). I'll be on the scale tomorrow and hope to see improvement.

  • Thanks pinkpix. My prob is the occasional weekend binge and the occasional evening binge. Knocking it out a little at a time is more my style. Now I f they could age a zero calorie wine I'd be fine.

  • Hi, Just started today. I'm hoping to lose 50+ pounds through sensible eating and exercise. I've yo-yo'd before but I want to make it this time. If a diet buddy will help then I'm looking for a friend with similar needs for mutual encouragement. Good luck all.
  • Hi, I am Kevin. I am starting a program this week to lose 50 pounds and get in shape. I hope to do it with a combination of exercise and diet changes. The diet part will be the toughest for me. Hopefully tracking what I eat and tracking my workouts will keep me on track this time. Any support is appreciated.
