I have lost 135 lbs over the last 18 months, and have 25 to go to reach my goal. My weight loss has definitely slowed. I think these last 25 lbs are definitely going to be the hardest! Sending you a friend request! :smile:

It is a popular motivational quote... "If you are tired of starting over....stop giving up"! You can do this, you just have to decide you want it bad enough. Counting calories is the only thing that has worked for me as well. I have been doing it for a year and a half, and at times I do get tired of it. Maybe eventually…
