I plan on doing the usual today, a jog and a walk. I also want to do 20 push ups, 20 squats, and 20 burpees. That will be my goal.

I got in an extra 2 mile walk, making up for my day off yesterday!

I have to admit that I am addicted to my scale, I weigh in the morning, afternoon, and at bed. It is a sick obsession because I know that things will fluctuate for all kinds of reasons but I just can't stop. I almost have panic attacks if I don't do it! So my challenge throughout this 75 days will be to only weigh myself…

I'm not sure what is the best cardio, maybe it's whatever gets you moving! I love to jog I feel like I get a great workout and I burn a fair amount of calories too. Plus I get outside in the fresh air and sunshine with my dog. :smile:

Today I jogged 3 miles and walked another 1.73 miles. Feels good :)

Today is a rest day for me, but I will challenge myself to stay out of the cafeteria tonight at work and stay within my calorie budget!

I worked today, and it is so easy for me to say I don't want to eat what is in my lunch and go to the cafeteria and grab junk, but today I ate what I had packed and reminded myself of the challenge and my goals. I am going to take my dog on a 4 mile walk and enjoy the beautiful weather!

Today I went to the gym and lifted weights for about 20 min and ran on the treadmill for 45 min. Good start! :flowerforyou: Also I am trying to stay within my 1600 cal. budget for the day. So far so good!

I am 37 and I am sick of the yo-yo dieting, losing the same weight over and over and regaining more each time. I am trying to be mindful of my choices and eat in moderation.
