I would eat whatever snack you want within reason. If you really don't want anything, I wouldn't eat anything. Don't starve yourself, but if you don't feel hungry at least a little, I don't see a reason to make yourself eat just to bump up the total.

You can pick up a digital watch with a stopwatch feature at walmart for $5-10. I used one of these before I got a watch with a heart rate monitor too. Those are more, probably $40-50 and up.

Hi, I just joined this site and I'm really excited about it. I've always been into fitness and exercise, but have never really tracked my diet. I have just tried to eat healthy. Portion control has always been an issue. I'm positive about being fit and healthy, and will never try to sell you anything. lol.
