Both. For me, eating clean helps me feel fuller longer. I had to lower my carbs and up my protein and fats to feel this way...but eating mostly clean and at a deficit is helping me lose

I have high cholesterol so I don't think eating 65% of my calories from fat is not a good thing for me. I think I was eating too many carbs (MFP sets it at 55%) so I lowered it to 40%c 30%f 30%p and see if the up in protein will help my weight loss as I have been stalling on the scale for a few weeks.

I looked at TDEE and I just wasn't comfortable eating 2300 calories...maybe I should have set it to sedentary...but I work out 6x a week!!!! It just seemed to high for me!!!! Maybe I will try it again at sedentary....my workouts are not that intense....I don't burn any more than 300 calories a workout

yeah try not losing anything....or doing what you are doing.....tracking calories, using a scale, etc and still gaining weight smh I would be happy losing 1.2 lbs. That's healthy weight loss!!!!
