  • hi. Just joined this. Fed up with WW and SW and everything like that. Thought I'd try this instead - recommended by a mate. I'm 5 ft 3 and have put in 140lbs as my goal - though its a long way off at the minute! mini goals to start I think! Need to loose 26lbs. Off out for a walk now - good luck all :)
