yes it does, especially if you look at width fittings, the more weight you carry the more spread of your foot and bones, think of one of those stress balls if you press on it then it gets wider if you put less pressure on it it reduces its width in comparrison.

I'm a 36F and use a level 4 shock absorber and it holds everything in place with no issues - look at online big boob sites for cheaper offers than in the shop
