Saw the article in Woman's world magazine. I have tried several diets. Successful with weight watchers lost 40 pounds then had hysterectomy and have been fighting ever since. This sounds like it could work. I think I also need a support group to make this easier . I am turning 55 this week and don't want to look like this…
