I ate egg whites only for a few years because of the cholesterol fear. Then I did some research and decided to give up egg whites and just eat the whole egg. I buy local farm raised eggs to get the most nutrition I can. My cholesterol is the lowest it has ever been. Nom nom, love eggs.
