If you have fatty liver you should stay away from regular grocery store variety cinnamon because it contains higher levels of coumarin which can cause liver inflammation. If you wish to use cinnamon try ceylon cinnamon.

Cinnamon is not safe if you have nafld or nash. Please don't recommend anything without knowing the risks associated.

The oatmeal with flax are you buying it with it already added (which brand?) or adding it yourself?

Is the 500 calories for breastfeeding when its exclusive? I'm so worried about my supply tanking. My lil guy will be 1 on Thursday and we aren't ready to stop BF yet. He still nurses 2-3 a day and i pump twice. Just curious if maybe i should only count maybe 1/2 of the calories allotted since he doesn't nurse as frequently…
