Thanks for the info! I actually have a bag at home that I need to check ASAP. I personally don't have a problem buying prepackaged salad mix...I know it is a step in the right direction and better then opting to have pizza or a greasy cheese steak for lunch. Sounds like we all need to go exercise....get sweaty get happy…

You could always plant a garden and grow your own. Seeds and starter plants aren't that much just costs time and effort to keep it up. As far as having problems with chewing hard textures....try steaming your veggies to soften them. Hope this helps ;)

Got it Thanks so much for all your input. Who knew that these exercises which look and sound so simple would leave me feeling like this. I'm taking it as a good thing considering I never feel like this leaving the gym, tonight I think i'll just do some walking and try to stretch and then start the shred again tomorrow.…

I log it as calisthenics vigorous effort....comes out to about 250 calories for the 20 minutes....depending on your weight. I started Monday, did it again Tuesday but could hardly walk yesterday so i skipped last night. Anybody else having extreme pain? I literally look like i am crippled trying to get out of a chair or…

Yikes! That was very nice of her but since she isn't the one wearing your jeans or jogging in your shoes it wasn't her right. Seems very old fashion anyway. Next time it happens, bag up at least half of it and even if you have no intention of eating the remainder (you can always let someone else in your house have the…

Try gum, whenever I get the craving for something really sweet or sugary I chew gum instead. The "Extra Fruit Sensations" are really good and are sugar free and only 5 calories.

Yeah i've been reading a lot about it on the internet...but everything is so mixed and technical i was hoping to come across some people that have tried it. It was just a thought and its not expensive only about $10 at Walmart so maybe its worth the shot. I'll be sure to check back and post my experience.

Oh i forgot to add that once you are on phentermine for a while your body builds up an immunity towards it and it looses its effectiveness. This happened to me :( i lost 46lbs with phentermine, diet & exercise. After i stopped taking it over a 2 year period i gained back 21lbs, tried phentermine again and lost only 4lbs in…

Hey there! I've done both in the past but this time i am going to try and loose the right way with ugh....dare i say diet & exercise! Phentermine is great when you very first start taking it. You sometimes have to remind yourself to eat because it completly kills your app. You will feel like your tongue is made of cotton…
