You should be eating healthy for YOU, not for your SO. Focus on how good working out and eating healthy will make you feel.

Are you working out? If so, you could be gaing muscle but losing fat.

Honestly, he’s just not that into fitness and I don’t expect him to be.

I have a few. I just have to figure out a way to get them onto MFP from my iPhone lol

No regrets whatsoever. I am kind of known as the Halloween Queen around where I live, so it was pretty much expected. My wedding was a super fun goth themed party.

ooooh. I didn't even think tulle. Now I think I need to go find a tulle skirt! Thanks for the awesome idea! :)

Thanks guys! Well right now I distance walk/run more but that's because I don't have a bike. I think if I had a bike, I'd do a healthy mix of both.

This is the corset I received as a gift earlier this year. Any suggestions on how to turn this into a costume? I was thinking this with a black skirt/jeans and a top hat... http://www.etsy.com/listing/75210864/horror-film-bondage-chain-corset

????? Really? I'd do a dance of joy if someone got me a Dyson vaccum. lol But those things are like $500+ and it's never going to happen..

I just posted a thread where I'm trying to decide between a Fitbit, a HRM, running shoes and a bike... My parents are going to get me one of these things. My husband will probably get me another one of the things. I don't really care if I get anything but since my bday is coming up and my parents & hubby both asked what I…

Love the dress!

Halloween is my wedding anniversary. I have no idea what I'm going to be for the annual party. I have a great corset that a friend got me earlier this year with a bunch of old horror movie posters on it. I might wear that with a black buckle skirt and some other goth/horror accessories. All the costumes I found in the…

Re-read the OP. Her 6 yo can't have candy due to the corn in it for medical reasons. OP, I'd look into corn free candy. There have to be sweets out there that are medically safe for your daughter.

I was told no too. In my office, they are considered unprofessional and no one is allowed to have them.

I am not 300+ lbs, but I can probably answer a part of this question at least because I think a lot of weight problems have one common issue no matter what you weigh. (and I should point out that this excludes medical conditions etc.) Denial. For me, I was a 120 to 125 lbs. I knew I was gaining rapidly and I really didn’t…

In all seriousness, I move around when I’m home a lot. It’s hard during the day when you are glued to a desk with someone watching your every move to make sure you don’t leave your desk for more than a minute to use the restroom. Exercise balls? Not sure what kind of places you all work in but in a very conservative…

Wait? What? Moving around burns more calories than sitting on the couch eating crisps and watching the Kardashians?? Surely you jest? :P:huh:

I’m with the person who said to do whatever works for you. The only thing that for sure works for everyone is the simple concept of taking in less that you burn off. However you do this is up to you. Everyone’s body is different. I personally do very low calorie intake and exercise a lot (including strength training). I…

I LOLZ at girls who say things like: “I hate girls. I never hang out with girls because they’re so judgemental and catty”. Uh… Okay.

This. I researched artists in my area for over a year before deciding where to go. Cleanliness of the facility was also a big issue for me. The place I am going to is absolutely pristine. It's cleaner than my house lol. The artist is custom designing my tattoo and since an animal is incorporated into the design, I found an…

Tattoos are great…IF they mean something to you. If something means enough to you that you want it permanently etched on your body, no one else’s opinion of the tattoo should matter. Do not get a tattoo as a fashion statement. Fashion changes, the things that matter to you shouldn’t. I’m getting my first tattoo on…

No. It's just another day as far as I'm concerned. I go to work, I come home, I do whatever I'd normally do. I don't like anyone to make a big deal over it.

Sounds really sketchy and stalker-esque. I'd probably change my number.

My first assumption is he's curious because he probably heard something about it so he looked it up. Doesn't mean he's planning to do it. I look up random, crazy stuff online all the time.

Tonight : Hubby won’t be home so I’ll probably eat a very light dinner and then be a dork and dance around the house since I’ll be alone. Sounds lame, but I did this last time he was out for the night and I know I burned a lot of cals. Saturday : Up at 7 am. Out the door at 8 am. Working (well volunteering) at the New…
