Welcome to MFP... the best thing that keeps me motivated is sharing my food diary with the MFP friends. It helps me to stay on track. Also all the support from the MFP friends. Having to report on a daily basis is motivation enough for me... wish you the best and you are welcome to request me as a friend.

Yesterday was an emotional day for me... started crying in the morning and by evening was ok.. but I hate it.. I had a great loss in my family about a month ago.. thank God I do not eat my emotions anymore cause I would of had at least 2 or 3 chocolate bars.. Thanks to MFP, I was a good girl...

Hi welcome to MFP. When the weather doesn't permit outside exercise, I do DVD exercises, or walk in place for at least 30 mintes, sometimes I put music on and dance. I agree as well, I started on January 2nd.. and by eating healty and exercising a bit.. I lost 24 pounds.. very happy with the results and I love, love, love MFP.. Congrats to you as well.

Hi, if you are exercising alot you have gained muscle... and muscle weigh more than fat.... for now don't mind the scale, you are losing inches and that is the important thing.. the pounds will come down.. don't give up... you are getting healthy...
