Im 5'3.5" and at my heaviest I weighed 188lbs in March 2011. I bounced around from 180-170 the past 2 years and have just lost weight AGAIN this last couple months. Right now I'm around 168lbs! Congrats, pat yourself on the back! My BMI was borderline OBESE prior to joining My fitness Pal. I'm talking 5 more lbs and I be classified as OBESE. That was probably the scariest moment of my life, reading those words. Keep up the good work. Moments like these keep me from giving up.

Your number seem about right to me. I have a home bathroom scale (it's the weight watchers brand) that tells me body fat %. You took the first and hardest step, by trying and using this site. Result can be hard to see at first. Don't just use the scale to track your progress.
