It is so much FUN!!!The instructor I use breaks down the moves. It's like a routine. There's plenty of times she'll even say, "If you don't know it, fake it! Just do something!" It definitely gets your heart rate going and you'll be burning plenty of calories even if you're not doing the moves perfectly. You should try it!…

Welcome. We're all here for the same reasons. I just wish it was even 1/2 as easy to take off as it is to put on, but of course it's not. I'm needing some new friends myself, to help me stay motivated. I KNOW we can all do this if we just focus. Feel free to add me if you like.

sherijimenez , I noticed we have almost the exact same amount to lose and goals. I've got to get myself a tracker, but 150 is my goal as well, and I'm about 7 pounds behind you. Thanks for the reply. Maybe we can keep each other motivated to reach that 150! :smile:
