For me, with my weight loss, came more activity and unfortunately mine is still bad. I tried running and it got unbearable. So, walking it is. It's such a debilitating thing!

If you're eating unhealthy foods and you're overweight; you have health issues. They just haven't come full circle yet. Eventually, this cycle will catch up with you.

Hi James! My hubby and I, started using mfp 470 days ago and we've completely changed our lives. He's lost 180 pounds and our son has lost 125. We simply changed how and what we eat and started moving more! Congrats to you and your wife for deciding to get healthy together! It's made me and my hubby even closer.

Sometimes sucking on a piece of hard candy helps. Also, I like to slice fruit and freeze it and then eat a few for sweet cravings.
