I've tracked everyday for 517 days straight, and counting! It's a habit now. Even on vacations I track.

Me, my hubby, and my son have all used mfp for 517 days straight, and we've lost collectively, 382 pounds. We changed how and what we eat and started a little exercise, mostly walking. It def works!!!

My son is just a lil younger than you and in the last year has gone from nearly 300 pounds to 164! He's cut out all sodas and fast foods, in addition to some other foods. Feel free to add me if you'd like.
