Things you do now that you did not do before?

As I continue improving my health, I find that I am doing much more to take care of myself.

In addition to the obvious things like eating healthy and exercising, here are some other things I now do that I did not do at all or do as often before...

Sleep enough, in and out of bed on time.
Keep eyebrows plucked/waxed
Apply oil after shower and lotion daily
Wear a bit of makeup more often
Style my hair
Paint my toes
Keep calluses off feet/pedicures
Pay attention to my posture
Say no when I need/want to
Set goals

Seems like choosing to become healthier has had some good side effects :)

    I allow myself to be photographed more
    I paint my toenails with ease
    I cook meals
    I'm more active
    I don't take being able to do even the simplest things for granted
  • Drink water
    Eat lots of fresh veggies
    do more fun things with my son
    Do not care what others are thinking of me or if they are
    snickering about me at the gym...I just. don't. care. A big deal for me.
    Stand up for myself...not like I should but I am starting to
    Going to bed hungry (snacky) without grazing!!!
    Got a new haircolor
