Need some friends.....

SO, to be strait forward I'm here to lose weight, but not get typically skinny. My start weight is just under 240 and my current is 223. My goal is 170. At 170 I look fantastic, I love my curves and feel so sexy at that weight. So I'm looking for friends that are in the same boat. Congrats to all you people that wanna weigh 115, but I want some friends that motivate me to my specific goals.

    I agree. I am trying to lose weight but have not, and will not ever be the typical skinny type. I long to be fit, in-shape, and not out of breath when I try to keep up with my kids. I am currently watching what I eat, exercising, and using the body by vi shakes. I really do like the shakes and it is simple for my breakfast and lunch meals that are quick so that I can get back to work on time. I started out at 215lbs and am currently 202. My goal is to be around 170 or 175. That would seem to me to be healthy. I believe that I have lost some inches as well. Feeling good just want to feel GREAT!!

    Hi. I'm Joani. Feel free to add me. I started in March at 325 lbs and now weigh 289. My goal for now is 220. I don't need to be skinny, but I want to be fit. I work out 4 to 5 days a week and follow a 1200 calorie food plan. You can achieve your goals! It takes planning and intentional eating.
