Jillian Michaels 30 day shred hands down! It's affordable and also on Youtube I believe. Our gym has a class designed to work through it! It literally is a great way to challenge yourself and shed/trim the unwanted fat! :) Oh and I believe the DVD says you can lose up to 20 lbs.

Oh man I thought it was sooo easy! Then after doing day 2, the pain came in and my thighs and calf hurt all day long till about day 7-8. But by then I felt noticeably stronger and was able to power through and even do some of the advanced moves. Today I completed Day 15. She definitely makes me feel accomplished! Remember…

GO FOR IT!!! Our gym does it together as a class. It's just about the most intense thing I've done in a while. Day 2-4, I felt like surely I've died but don't take breaks!!! By day 8 the pain was gone meaning I built endurance! I'm about to do level 2 day 1! Good luck!! :)

I started ripped in 30 last Monday on the 30th! Since it's my first time using Jillian Michaels, I was a pouring pile of sweat!
