I think it's a great site. I started looking at what we're eating online and seeing some of the ratings encouraged me to do better.

I've had this issue too. I lose a few pounds a week for a few weeks, then stay the same for a few weeks, then lose again. I find that when I'm hitting the treadmill hard (60 min a day 5 days a week) I don't lose as much weight. But of course it's still healthy and toning so I'm not going to stop that. I also can't go too…
