I agree with THIS. Simply awesome!! How on earth do you eat that much? I have trouble finding the desire/time to eat 1800 a day let alone 2800.

Last year this same few days we got a snowstorm here in MA. They are tracking us to only get rain and wind Mon to Wed. But you never really know. I'm supposed to fly out to CA on Thurs so hoping the storm and its affects moves through fast. Usually less damage that way too. Hope for the best but prepare for the worst.

I like to make the Perdue Perfect Portions chicken. 20 minutes in the oven. Add some veggies or a salad and you're done. Comes in a few different flavors so its not just boring chicken. I ordered a Vitamix that you can make ice cream in. Is a bit pricey but I can also make soup with no salt (actually is hot and cooked in 4 min) and ice cream in about 1 min. In the same machine. It has a lot of other options so I was ok with the price. Still waiting for it to arrive so I can play with it.

I use Olive oil almost exclusively but had not heard about filtered or non. What is the difference? I may also try the coconut and rapseed as additional options.

If you really think it is incorrect you can add your own food entry for any foods. Under the FOOD tab and MY FOODs. Name it and then enter the info from the packaging. But as the post above points out there is a big difference between 1 cup pasta cooked and 1 cup cooked pasta. Just be sure you have the correct one.*
